Rother District Council have announced a new Public Space Protection Order, which comes in to force from 1 February 2025.
The new Order covers the following:
Parking on beaches – affecting beaches on the coastline of the district
Consumption of alcohol in a public space – Bexhill, Battle and Camber parishes
Begging – Identified areas in Bexhill, Battle and Rye parishes
Sleeping – District-wide
